So the new position is taking its tole on my brewing frequency. Since I started I think I have had only one brew day...and now these last few weeks I have been working 12s everyday to get our new location open...I think the GF is getting me a kegerator for my bday so its time to start thinking about my next brew. On the other side, anyone in the Denver area come check out the new store, we are looking at opening the doors on Friday and should have some good deals goin on...I just spent over 40K on my opening orders to stock the new store to the gils with beer...we'll have 3 doors worth of mixer 6er which equates to just about 180 single 12 ounces (if I can get i filled by friday)...Its in Greenwood Village at the intersection of Arapahoe and Yosemite, right next to the Sunflower market. and let me ask a question...if you could pick one Belgian beer what would it be? With all this budget it's time to order stuff that I wouldn't usually have the money for...
Gotta get back to brewing...

Also, can't go wrong with Saison dupont.Just make sure you keep it in the dark!
