You didn't make a starter for a lager? No shame in getting a commercial keg if. Plenty of good beers out there.Grrr.... It's been awhile, but my German Lager will not be tapped for Halloween this year due to large amounts of diacetyl. Pitchable amount of yeast my ass. :)Now the question is whether I drop some integrity points and get a commercial keg just so I still have a lager around, or do we just go without, and live with the APA, Mango Wit, Dry Stout, and Pumpkin Ale?

I was just busting them on him for not taking the precaution. We all know Lou needs some busting at times...A d-rest is the first thing to try. But I assume he's serving this coming weekend. I wouldn't count on it being ready by then........
