Denny mentions in the official recipe to add a tsp of gypsum to the boil. Do you guys do this? I'm already adding a small amount to the mash - should I add more to the boil? Any potential issues here?

If you are happy with your other beers in that SRM range, skip it. Hard to say for certain. I'm no mineral guru.....

I would just do the mash addition.

If you're up to say, maybe, 5 gr. in the mash you're probably OK. I add it to the kettle because adding it to the mash would lower my pH, which I don't need to do.
