Today was supposed to be FWH, 30min, 10 min and 0 min for hop additions to 55 IBUs. Had it written down and proceded to throw in the 30 min at 60, and the 10 min at 30...... 1.053 and 77 IBUs now anticipated.....

My bet is six months from now it will be a fond memory. I think the FWH will bail me out on this one. Who knows, it may become a regular.Give it 6 mo and a shot of dry hops and you'll have the beer you wanted*has done the same thing..... more then once*

Too many hops is never a problem. Sounds like it will be a nice beer. I say drink up and enjoy!!
