bets he falls asleep in front of the tube after all that hard work.......28 gallons of yeast?! j/k, I knew what you meant. I'm not brewing but I just picked up 15 gallons of fresh (pressed last night), unfiltered, unpasteurized cider. Part is for me and the rest is for Guest and strangebrewer. I'm going to use my share for a naturally fermented Cruz's Apple Butter Cyser. So that will go into the fermenter later today. Gonna be a rough brew day. Pour cider into fermenter; attach airlock; set temp. controller for 50°F; go watch football.
