So I am brewing a Fat Tire all grain recipe this weekend I got from the issue two months back that had the guy on a bike on the cover. I bought all of the supplies but lost the issue. Does anyone have this issue and can get me the recipe. I need to measure out my grains and get some of the timing down. If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. I am brewing this with my Dad and really want to get it right.

not sure if this is the same recipe, but it's a fat tire clone from byo:https://www.byo.com/component/resource/article/1183-new-belgiums-fat-tire-clone

Thank you Chris but that is one from 2001. This one is from two issues ago. I wish BYO.com was easier to navigate. Thank you though I do appreciate it!

https://hopville.com...clonesupposedly, this is it. does it look familiar? i am going to begin all grain soon, and a fat tire clone is probably going to be one of my first ag brews. if this is it, let me know how it comes out.at the top, it says the only difference from the byo version is that they increased the chocolate malt to 2 oz from 1 oz.

search flat tire..there is a recipe on the old board and someone might have transferred it over here. or better yet, I posted it on my blog...https://alestolagers.blogspot.com/2010/07/recipe-of-week-toasting-your-own-grain.htmlin my opinion this turns out better that fat tire, more like a fat tire of years ago. More flavor...

pm sent, don't think the mods want copyrighted material posted.
