I followed MtnBrewer's toasting instructions on this forum.The toasted malts smell great in the mash.I toasted One#(two-row),making an Chinook IPA(or pale ale) really close to both styles.Mashing at 155degrees.Maybe steam some oak chips and let it secondary on those too. I can't beleive i never tried this before.BTW,i will have 3 brews fermenting when this one starts.Kind of a brewing blitz.
