Next time you are in London, head down to Camden Town/Lock and check out The Ice Wharf/Lloyds bar. They keep Fruli on tap and I think is a nice example of a strawberry beer.I'm not saying you can't make good strawberry beer (even though it's hard to imagine)

It's produced a decent strawberry flavored wit, but its not fruli. next batch will get strawberry juice from berries that i'll juice. I love using those syrups that i listed above. i use quite a few different ones for my meads, but in this case the sugar is too much. With the sugar content being so high I can only add so much and Fruli has the in your face strawberry aroma/flavor. My attempts are lacking that so next time it's just strawberry juice from berries.that sounds awesome, how close have you gotten?

on tap. I've already got my 3 way manifold hoked up to my 20oz Co2 bottle and anytime I do something like this I always bring 2 spare co2 1 incase I run out naturally, and a second incase a leak or some other emergency happens. I despise bottling.I agree that a wheat beer is a hard to beat crowd pleaser in a summer line-up. The blood orange wit is intriguing. So are these going to be on tap or in a bottle?

Jockey box or cold kegs? I'd recommend mixed gas if you're using a JB.on tap.
