For a blonde, which I assume will be a low IBU 60 min addition, probably all of them would work fine.

that's what I'm thinking. most of the flavor and aroma will be driven off after 60mins with such a small amount of hops.For a blonde, which I assume will be a low IBU 60 min addition, probably all of them would work fine.

Don't see how you can go wrong with any of these, though Cascade would definitely give you more of a "Light APA" thing.I prefer to put some finishing hops in my blonde ale. About a half oz at 15 min and one ounce at flameoutCascade (pellet or Leaf)HallertauTetnagerSterling
