Looks like a good time BH. What sort of recipe did you use if you don't mind sharing?Couldn't you find someone better looking do to the stirring?

basic mead:12 lbs of honey per 5 gallons.we tried to do it traditional - by the light of the moon with naked virgins - but apparently they are in short supply these days.Looks like a good time BH. The OG is 1.120 which is right on target. Temp. set to 68f. Sunday morning there were signs of positive pressure. Added a second dose of nutrients and DAP (Diammonium Phosphate).
