Odds are it was Mtn. He's certainly given me a lot of good advice.Thanks guys. Nice to know that I actually remember some of the stuff I learn here. I forget who it was that told me to sample the lager along the way, but cheers to you sir!

OK so I think I'll let it sit out for a few days, then put it back in the chest freezer. I can't really start cold conditioning until the OFest is done in a couple of weeks.:PAlso, if you don't need it in a hurry, you can just leave it cold. Diacetyl reduction will occur at colder temperatures but it just takes longer.
