I have to load the file in another program other than excel so I am not sure if it is working correctly.I tried putting in a starting gravity of 1.097 and water to 43 liters. The SNA additions said 1st at 6.1g DAP and 6.1 Fermaid K. Somethig in me thinks this is a bit low for the volume which should be close to 12 gallons. I tried shifting the water value around but the SNA amouts seemed to stay the same. Can someone with excel post the SNA section so I can cross compare the values.

Is this some type of Excel emulator program? If so, I'm not certain what limitations (if any) it may have.I have to load the file in another program other than excel so I am not sure if it is working correctly.
This is not the proper method of using the spreadsheet. You must first enter the amounts of each ingredients, and the spreadsheet will calculate the resulting OG, batch volume, and the stage addition amounts for the corresponding SNA.Once all the ingredient amounts have been entered, you may then "tweak" these initial amounts to achieve a desired OG and batch volume. You cannot just specify an OG and volume...I tried putting in a starting gravity of 1.097 and water to 43 liters.

Completely different platform/program with an excel import capability with x no. of limitations.I can wait until tomorrow when at work to get a hold of computer with excel on it.If I remember correctly there was also weight of honey and honey sg? and volume of honey on the spreadsheet. For now Im just using the basic NAS in the pdf and multiplying it out to ~12 Gallon batch. When I get time I'll dedicate some time to studying it in depth and if I can not arm wrestle it into working I'll see about writing it up in a new language.

The spreadsheet was setup to be "protected" to prevent its misuse - unless your emulator program removes that protection. Users should only be allowed to enter values in the cells shown in purple as indicated in the Notes/Legend section.
