Brewed yesterday, 6 gallon batch of imperial porter 1.085 to which I'll eventually add oak/vanilla/bourbon to and a 5 gallon batch of my house Dubbel (1.073). Both are happily being decimated by yeasties.

10 gallons of Doppelbock on Sunday. 5 will get frozen.Any tips on eising a doppelbock?

No brewing this weekend, no kegging or bottling this weekend. I might pull the rig out and give it a cleaning and replace a few hoses.I've got an American Wheat in the fermenter right now that will be ready for transfer to 5 liter kegs in about a week. It's for an "event".I have an empty keg, so I should probably get something in it. Might do another quick wheat and then do my first lager. Should also start thinking about a hard cider.

Just kegged my all grain American Pale Ale (smelt great), going to brew up a brewers best PSA IPA, its a kit they were selling where a percent of the sale goes to prostate research. So I said why the hell not...

There's a beer festival in town but if I have any time I'm planning to make an Enkel. This will be the second in my arc using Farmhouse Ale yeast.

I've been brewing my ass off for the last few weeks. Normally I don't brew much until the weather starts to get better but I just suddenly got in the mood to brew.
