Not everyone is so lucky as to not have to contend with the dreaded chill haze!I don't, and my bottle conditioned beers come out carbonated and crystal clear.

I contended with it, and then I fixed the problems with a strong boil, quick chill, and long secondary at serving temperature.Not everyone is so lucky as to not have to contend with the dreaded chill haze!

I do the first two as best I can (boil hard, chill with an IC + ice bath) and the third I've certainly done but sometimes chill haze still persists.I contended with it, and then I fixed the problems with a strong boil, quick chill, and long secondary at serving temperature.

That's the main question yeup.But if the question is, will I have enough yeast to bottle carb if I use gel, then the answer is yes.
