Never used that yeast. If the gravity stays constant for a couple of days I'd say you are good to keg.Hey guys! I made a few posts already in the off topic area, but I wanted to contribute to the beer related area as well since I do brew occasionally. Looks like a nice site you have here. So I'm using this yeast for the first time. Anybody have experience with it? It's supposed to be more of a spicy/clovy yeast than the usual banana bomb Wyeast 3068 and WLP 300. I pitched the yeast 5 days ago and the smell is very different from the hefes I usually make. I'm hoping this will turn out nice.Would kegging this beer after 10 days be jumping the gun? I want to start drinking this quick because it was my rebound beer after my first not-so-great lager.<------ By the way, I'm the real comptroller.
