Been brewing since '92, never really kept track of the number of batches.Bottled until Feb 2008, so didn't brew as much, but I've got a pile of recipes.Got really excited when I put in the kegs, had 2 taps, now got 4.Anyway, my BeerSmith shows 111, batches since Dec 2007.But, never, never, do I ever brew over 200 gal per year.

Yep,the same here.Kind of funny though, some of my batches (per notes)were 2 or 3 gallons finished.Allgrain-but inside boils in the winter-yes i need a garage.Im proud that i have so many batch notes, i can actually revisit my own brewing progression.

Amazing how that works out.Yeah, been wanting to go to all grain for a couple years, but no basement, detached garage/shop, no heat or water in it. Got 95% of the stuff to put it together, but just don't seem to get to it, & not sure where I could brew, & would need to disassemble & store after each batch. We're kinda in the country, & there are infinite number of projects that go with that, AG brewing doesn't seem to get to the top of the list. Would be nice to brew 11 gallons at a time instead of 5-1/2. I've maxed out my kitchen brewery with an normal batch of 6# grain, 1.65# extract. Doing mostly around 5% ABVs. That way I can have more than two & remain vertical.Prost
