I'd be down for a belgian, I've had a couple recipes sitting on my "TO-BREW" list for a bit. A good tripple, golden strong, or quad/grand reserve would be a winner in my book.

That's an optimistic statement for soon to be pro. Drew hasn't had time to brew a Mr. Beer for a year. But I do have some no boil recipes if you're strapped for time :)And oh, how abouts an altbier..........dj

Nov. 1 was the last homebrew batch I made...1.100 Quad.

I would be willing to join in with a community brew. So far the JPA, Earthtones Dry Stout have all been great. Ken's Memory Lapse is tonight so a community brew would be fun as well to ferment.
