Well as soon as we dig ourselves out from under the 15' or so of snow on the way then summer is right around the corner. We still rationing hops? If so I've been wanting to make an ESB as I've never made one.

I have been on a brewing hiatus for quite some time, even considering the water temps this time of year in TN are conducive to brewing. Still have beer on hand, but my supply is dwindling. I need a kick start, maybe this will be it.

Same here man. And to top that off, I'm getting ready to move for the second time in a year. That's an optimistic statement for soon to be pro. Drew hasn't had time to brew a Mr. Beer for a year. But I do have some no boil recipes if you're strapped for time :lol:And oh, how abouts an altbier..........djI won't be brewing at home till October at least, so I won't be able to take part. Sorry.

I can try to participate, but cutting it close on the day my kid arrives and SWMBO is already raising eyebrows about the brewing. But I'll give it a go.

I'm just picking up steam after a long stint and was going to get some taps reloaded. I had planned for a version of the JPA and a cream ale in the near future. What are we thinking? I vote no on ALT.
