Thanks for the link, pretty good thoughts from Tomme as always. Pizza Port was four blocks from my old pad in Solana Beach back when he became head brewer there according to the article. I remember being in that joint at least a couple nights a week. At the time Home Brew Mart had a second location in Solana Beach just down the street and it was beer nirvana living in that area.
