Here's my psuedo cream ale....you could sub the rice for corn if you wanted a true to-style cream ale, but I prefer it this way for my lite beer drinkers.

You could probably get away with using all pale malt, but I like the extra diastatic power of 6-row when dealing with this much corn/rice.
