Managed to finish my brew from strike water to cleanup in 5 hours yesterday, which is pretty good for me. Finally getting my setup all dialed in, just in time for me to change it again

I'm brewing on Tuesday 6/22. I am making a sort of "Summer Festbier". It's going to be a lighter version of a festbier with Vienna, Munich, a small amount of pils, some Belgian CaraMunich, Magnum for bittering and some Hallertau Mittelfruh with 20 minutes left all fermented with 2124 Bohemian. 4.5%, SRM 8 and 27 IBUs. I just brewed a rauchbier. There's a thread in the recipe forum, but here's the recipe:20 lb (80%) Best Malz Rauch malt (3°L)4 lb (16%) Lt. Munich (8°L)0.5 lb. (2%) Melanoidin (35°L)0.5 lb. (2%) Carafa Special I (350°L)32.5 gr. Magnum (11.8% AA, 60 min)30 gr. N. Brewer (7.2% AA, 10 min)Mash 60 min @ 154FOG: 1.063Est. IBU: 29Est. SRM: 14WLP830 German Lager @ 50F

My A/C froze up at some point during the day yesterday, I wasn't able to deal with it until I got home from work tonight. The temp of the beer was up to 76. This batch is pretty much fracked. I'm done with lagers until the fall. This high heat/humidity is annoying the crap out of me. I've been battling these damn freeze ups too often.
