My A/C froze up at some point during the day yesterday, I wasn't able to deal with it until I got home from work tonight. The temp of the beer was up to 76. This batch is pretty much fracked. I'm done with lagers until the fall. This high heat/humidity is annoying the crap out of me. I've been battling these damn freeze ups too often.I just brewed a rauchbier. There's a thread in the recipe forum, but here's the recipe:20 lb (80%) Best Malz Rauch malt (3°L)4 lb (16%) Lt. Munich (8°L)0.5 lb. (2%) Melanoidin (35°L)0.5 lb.
