Actually, it's the traveling I mind.6 hours on a plane and dealing with the friggin' TSA.^Agreed. It would be nice to have one on this side of the country.Although, I wouldn't mind traveling out to sunny San Diego

Testy testy....Actually we put on the 2005 NHBC thank you very much.The host city is determined by the clubs that submit proposals for their city to host. Get your club together and plan this thing out and you too can be a host city. The clubs in MN have worked their asses off for the past year to put this thing together. What have you done?

Well it sounds like you need to starting working your butt off. :PMy brewing partner got 2nd place for his IPA. He's off sailing in the Caribbean so I doubt he knows yet.patienty waiting for Portland or Seattle, if it does I'm so there

They don't really take turns it hasn't been on the east coast since 2006.2005 Baltimore?2006 Orlando2007 Denver2008 Cincinnati2009 San Fran2010 Minnisota2011 San DiegoI thought that Charolette put in a bid for 2010 don't know if they tried again for 2011Damn it. It's the East Coast's turn. Minneapolis does NOT count as East Coast.

They did. A group in WA got the laws changed specifically so NHC could be there.If you'd like to have the conference near you, get a group together and submit a proposal to the AHA.
