Ok, so I have a fridge that ive converted to a 3 tap kegerator. All taps are identical, same size lines and everything. All kegs are force carbed the same way, i hook up to the co2 and set to serving pressure and wait a week. the tap in the middle which has my amber ale pours way faster than the rest, and has much more head on it. Like I said, all lines are identical and go thru a 3 way manifold. What should I be looking for here? The other two seem to pour fine.

Switch the liquid lines, see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, break down all the faucets and look for inconsistencies in the middle one.
