In planning and building my new stand I'm at the point where I need to select the burners. My Options:Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImageI've always used burners like the banjo and 6" with all the small holes and I love how adjustable they are, but hate that the holes always get clogged with soot and whatnot. I've never used the jet ring burners, but have heard that they are pretty much all or nothing when it comes to adjusting the flame. Anyone have any feedback on the ring burners or another option I'm leaving out? These will be for 10 gallon batches on a direct fire RIMS type system. I'm open to using multiple types of burners on the BK and HLT/MLT ... any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I have one like the 1st pic, and it works great. I have only had clogs due to stuff getting in during storage. Usually the gas will blow it out. If not a set of torch files cleans in a jiffy. As far as adjustability I can't say I wish I had more as it does all I need.
