I am planning on brewing a crapton over this long weekend. I am so excited. I hope to fill all of my fermenters 2-6gal carboys and a 15gal Sabco. Nothing fancy just good honest Pales and an IPA. I hope my hops are still good from last year Wish me luck!

I'm hoping to brew up a really simple saison (SMaSH) with a very light touch of coriander and white peppercorn. It's still a bit cool for saison ferments so I'll have to break out the brew belt. Might as well throw some brisket on the smoker too

I'll be brewing MLPA on memorial day. This will be the first time I have three homebrews in three weeks so i can rotate my carboys.Cheers,Rich
