Try the Whole Foods on Magazine. It's not the best selection but it's the only place I can think of right now. To be honest, the beer selection in NOLA is not the best, and that's being kind. What would you expect from the land of Dixie Beer?EDIT: OH! Are there any good beer bottle stores so I could bring stuff back with me?

Hey now...I just did a review on Dixie beer today on my blog...I actually enjoyed it for an adjunct beer.Try the Whole Foods on Magazine. It's not the best selection but it's the only place I can think of right now. To be honest, the beer selection in NOLA is not the best, and that's being kind. We've been to Crescent City a few times. Average at best, but what the hell if you're walking right by it anyway.......BeerAdvocate.com has The Avenue (1732 St. Charles) rated as the best beer bar, Stein's Market & Deli (2207 Magazine) as the best beer store and Crescent City Brewhouse (527 Decatur) as the best Brewpub. There's also a Gordon Biersch at 200 Poydras.
