Flaked Rice

Just wondering if i'm suppose to mill flaked rice, i've never used it before? Cheers, LD

I don't mill flaked anything. So no, don't mill it. Same goes for flaked maize, rye, oats, etc.

Yeah, no need and possible trouble with a stuck mash if you do. I usually toss the flaked stuff on top of the crushed grains after milling so they don't get forgotten.

Definitely not! Binds the mill terribly if you try.
