I really wish I had two 10g fermenters.

This.Get a big plastic tub and frozen water bottles if you have the room. If not, wait until winter to really crank out the batches.

can you provide more specifics on your chambers? If you build it they will ferment.I have the opposite problem. I build my chamber to accommodate 40 gal worth of fermenters, and with brewing time, I have yet to have that thing full.

Brewing for yourself i agree. Brewing for events is another story. There's a reason why i jumped up to 24g batches. I couldn't keep up otherwise. I suggest spending money on fermentors that are a little bigger than 10g tho.Whoa. 40 gal. :frank:I don't think I'd go above 20 gallons. I'd have to be brewing more than once a week to even require 30 gallons and I can rarely find the time to brew once every other week. For the most part I've only been averaging about a batch a month, maybe even a little less. I'm working on it though.

I was just referring to the batch size. My current fermenter is the 14.5 gallon MiniBrew conical. I wouldn't go any smaller than that for a 10 gal batch (which is actually 11 gallons in the fermenter).Brewing for yourself i agree. Brewing for events is another story.
