I just ordered up some of this has anyone used this before and if so what are your thoughts !!!

there has been some discussion on HBT web site if you use key words. that may help you a bit more.

I have used it to make a Hoegaarden clone with great success.

I have used it for many of my 'non-trappist' Belgians. I really like it. I haven't used it in a while, just because I got bored of it. It has a distinct flavor. I'll go back to it though.mike

Made a great Wit and pitched it onto a Belgian/American IPA back before folks were brewing these. Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial...blksabbath drank most of that batch, actually. It is a fantastic yeast.
