I had two beers last night from the same case. One was definitely fully carbed and it tasted fantastic, all the aromas and flavors came to you, it headed up nicely. Its some good beer. The second bottle was about 1/2 as carbed, not much head and while it still tasted good it seemed to not quite have the same pizazz that the first one had. I gotta tell you when the first one made a nice head and smelled and tasted soo good i felt really proud, I think I shed a single tear. MUST BREW MORE! Rich
