There's a pretty good one in the May-June 2008 BYO issue. I dont know if we're allowed to post from them or not. I've made it twice with minor modifications. The mash schedule is pretty complicated for infusion, but the end result is worth it.

This works for me. Make sure you cool the wort to 140 dF. I use an IM. Is that the one that says "Czech Please" on the cover? If so, I wouldn't mind seeing it. I can't find that issue of BYO. PM it to me if you want.
