Go to your control panel and on the left there is a section for subscriptions. Just unsubscribe from the topic you don't want e-mail notifications for anymore.

Did that, but it seems to be subscribing me to every topic I start or post in.

I would like to set my options to automatically subscribe to every topic I post in?How can do that?

Do that but backwards.Email settings, uncheck the last checkbox.
