With warmer temps around the corner (despite it snowing here today) I've been thinking about beers for the summer. I'm also down to 1 beer on tap at the moment (2 carbing) so I need to shift back into brewing gear and get some stuff going! Here's what I'm thinking:Big pale ale: Think a slightly toned down version of Dales Pale AleMaibock: Haven't done this style but I love a good bockBelgian Pale: I'm thinking brett :sarcasm: Saison: Spicier the betterKolsch: Another style I have never tried but seems like a good summer beerScottish Export 80-90: can't have a lineup of all pale beers now can IESB: See Scottish ExportRye IPA: Ok this is one of the 2 currently carbing but it'll probably last until May/JuneWhat does everybody else have in their 'to brew' list? I'm always looking for new ideas!

I have an American Pale fermenting right now. I am planning to brew a Kolsch, ALT, Cal Common and Rye ESB in the coming weeks. I also have a Munich Helles and Dunkel lagering along with a Vienna Lager. Brown Ale on tap and Imperial IPA is in secondary. Putting a Schwarzbier on gas tonight too.

I'm in bad shape pipeline-wise also. The only thing I have on tap is a little bit of the RIS that we aged in a Stranny's barrel. I bottled most of it but kegged a couple of gallons.I have a Vienna fermenting on 2308 right now so my immediate plan is to do a string of lagers. I'm not sure exactly which lagers I'm going to make but these are some that I'm thinking about: bock/maibock/doppelbock, dunkel, possibly even a pilsner. Then in parallel with the lagers I might do some pale ale-ish beers.

Gonna start carbing a wit and northwest pale, behind that; Bohemian pils, what I'm calling "antioxidant wheat",(witbier base with goji berries, blueberries, pomegranate, and green tea), and about 14 gallons of cream ale.

I don't have a queue in mind yet, but I've been dying to knock out a german pils and a few other light/medium lagers for summer consumption. I really need to get on the ball. I'm brewing a wee heavy tonight for a friend, but I need to get some more in the pipeline quickly, summer drinking season is just around the corner!

I have to brew for the rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding in July and have been looking for ideas. I think after seeing this I'll look into a Cali Common and an American Wheat or Hefe. I have an all columbus IPA in the fermenter now that is very popular.

I have an American Wheat in primary right now to get me through the spring. I was thinking about doing something like a Belgian wheat too. But I am surely going to be making some Pale's, and real soon get a RIS and Barleywine going so I can age them.

I have 3 Mexican lagers all on tap along with an amber ale. I have a cream ale, a Mexican Vienna and an American Amber Lager in secondary and an American Lager and a reddish-amber ale made with Magnum and 1056 in primary. I'm making another American Lager tomorrow morning and next week I'm making a raspberry cream ale. Down the road there is an Oktober that will be lagered for a few months. Cheers.

Well I'm bottling an EPA tomorrow. ESB in the primary and I would like to make a No. English Brown to finish off this run with 1968. Then I was thinking a 10 gallons of wit 50/40/10 pale/wheat/rolled oats. Split and pitch half with Belgian Witbeer yeast and the other half with 1272 for a Blue Moon Clone for the work crew. Then a big AAA like around 1.070 with 50/40/10 2row/munich/crystal. Deadguy Clone, APA, Stout, Saison and a pseudo Oktoberfest w/ either 1056 or 1007. :sarcasm:
