thats easySaisonit's best fermented up in the 80's IIRC.Ok, so supposedly its going to warm up around here pretty soon. Well, in the next month or so anyway. My spare room is my fermentation room. Most of the year I can keep the temp where ever i want it, but in the summer it gets pretty warm in there. It can get in the mid to upper 80's in there. What kinds of beers can I brew during the summer that will be ok to ferment at such high temps? Any info and/or recipes would be greatly appreciated.

with the high temps mentioned a combination of both methods might be prudent, personally of the 2 I usually use the tub and ice bottle method.Saison, or...................the swamp cooler method- A large rubbermaid container, partially fill with water and add frozen jugs of water a couple of times a day, or place a towel over the carboy, and blow a fan at it using evaporative cooling.

I've only tried DuPont, it's a decent beer, but not something I'd want to drink every day. There are a lot of fans of Saison on this board though, perhaps some of them can give you better pointers.any suggestions?
