Brewed up a Dark Chocolate-Dipped Raspberries 'n Cream Stout today.OG 1.058Used 1 lb. of lactose in the boil and 8 oz. of Scharffen Berger unsweetened dark cocoa powder at flameout. Will add a 3-lb. can of Oregon raspberry puree in the secondary. Total dessert beer--sweet, chocolatey, and fruity.
Anyone Brewing this weekend?

Both beers brewed without major incident and happily burpin away in the basement. Had some cleanup this morning but nothing serious. All told I had about 12 hours of brewing yesterday and collected close to 25 gallons. Probably end up doing s few more double batches so I can get caught up for my wife's graduation party in May.
