Planning to mash in a couple hours on an American Pale Ale. Going to use the Citra hop on this one along with Columbus and Amarillo. I will let my starter of Pacman chew through the sugars. Should be a good one. I worked on putting a Rye ESB recipe together which I would love to brew but we will see what this weekend brings. One brew though for sure. Cheers guys!!

I am planning to brew an American Pale ale with Citra, Columbus and Amarillo Hops. Fermenting with the Pacman yeast. I am thinking of running to the LHBS and getting ingredients for a Rye ESB I worked up a recipe for as well. I will get one brew in at least. Lovely day and weekend. I love having a day off from work. Cheers guys!!

I'm doing starter wort over the weekend and a wee heavy on wednesday, with a co-worker. 3 of the last 4 times I planned on brewing I didn't get around to it, so we'll see how it goes this time.

I'm off today so I'm brewing a Vienna lager. It's basically JZ & JP's recipe with a couple of minor changes. https://www.math.fsu...na_(JZ&JP).html

Double batch today. German pale with a ton of late addition hallertau (think kolsch but clean, big and hoppy) and belgian IPA with Cents, Cascades, and Amarillo fermented with the Ardennes from Wyeast. Got a long but productive day ahead of me. :stabby: everybody!
