I hope yours attenuates well. I brewed a Strong Scotch last year (Thanks Greatfookin for the recipe) I used 1728 and a starter and went with 60 degrees. Great beer just wish it finished a bit lower FG. 1.026 but it come into style so I wish you well!!

What was your OG on that? This was about 1.054-1.055.

I was at 1.082. It was a 7.3% I guess looking back I remember thinking it was going to be lower. It was to style though so honestly no complaints. I am sure yours will do fine.
