I have been making some English Ales lately and I have to say that I cannot get enough of this combination of Kent Goldings and Styrian Goldings (and this from a German hop fan!). Hmm, maybe this should have been posted in the Hops That You Love thread. :smilielol:

Cascade and Northern Brewer!! Yum! Sentimental love going into these ones, I cuold list lots of hops that I really enjoy but these two have stayed at the top and get constant use....I just wish I could get NB as whole hops from my LHBS....

My favorite is Northern Brewer. I go through stages when I love a hop and then move on to something else. Also a fan of Simcoe, and Amarillo.

I love Magnum and Columbus hops. I am a fan of Centennial and Simcoe as well. I have always liked Cascade but really am liking Amarillo a great bit too. This year I also have taking a liking to Fuggles. You had to figure this thread was bound to be posted.

+1 on Northern Brewers, for bittering that is. I think I might be in the minority in that summits make my favorites list. EKG's for sure, too. There are so many out there that I haven't tried yet, though. All in time....

I also enjoy the Northern Brewer bittering/ Cascade flavor and aroma combination in my APA. NB seems to lay the perfect, smooth bitterness for the Cascade citrus to sit on top of.

I have been making a lot of brews lately with Santiam and they are turning out great. Bottled a version of Ken's MLPA last night that used only Santiam and the aroma and taste from the sample were divine...
