10 gallon batch:20 pounds of American 2 row2 pounds of Crystal 60L12 ounces of wheat1 oz of Columbus for 601 oz Centennial for 151 oz Centennial for 2Mash at 150 for 90 minutes. Sparge at 155 to volume.OG is 1.060FG should be 10.10-1.015Yeast is Safeale 05Let's see how this goes. I'm shooting for a drier ale than I normally go for.

That looks decentI would bet it will be dry like you are wanting , with the 05.Sounds like an easy drinking summer ale.

It will have a lot more of of hop profile then the original, but I think that's what your going for ... your version looks promising IMO ...please post results.

I'm going for a beer similar to Red Hook Long Hammer.To me that is a fairly dry, hoppy ale. I have a great liking for that beer, just not the price, (9.00 a six pack here).

sometimes up here i can find a 6.99 6pack long hammer.... hmmm hmmm its good

I've never seen it under 7.50/6 pack here.

It is usually around 6.99 for a 6er here...
