It will have a lot more of of hop profile then the original, but I think that's what your going for ... your version looks promising IMO ...please post results.10 gallon batch:20 pounds of American 2 row2 pounds of Crystal 60L12 ounces of wheat1 oz of Columbus for 601 oz Centennial for 151 oz Centennial for 2Mash at 150 for 90 minutes. sometimes up here i can find a 6.99 6pack long hammer.... hmmm hmmm its goodI'm going for a beer similar to Red Hook Long Hammer.To me that is a fairly dry, hoppy ale. I have a great liking for that beer, just not the price, (9.00 a six pack here).
