Thanks for the info. I doubt I'll spend any time looking for it.

We need to have a canning session. I have an All American now but haven't used it except to test it.

Yeah, we should probably work something out. I'm going to use my last canned starter next week. I'm going to have to use DME to step it up. Been a while since I made a starter, having it canned has spoiled me.
