After the carbing period, release the pressure and then hook it up to your Co2 at serving pressure (8 to 12 psi or whatever) and let it pour. Cheers.ok ill push it up to 30psi, its been at 7psi for 24 hours,(beer is ice cold) should I release the pressure before or after I take it down to serving pressure tommarow night? Thanks
