I've got a starter of 1056 bubbling away. It will be ready to pitch in a batch of my Kootenai River Rye Ale. I've never brewed a ARPA but the couple of I've tried are awesome so excited to get this one going...Brew'm strong boys!

Think I'm going to be doing a rye IPA myself sunday. I've got some Mt. Hood and Columbus to use up :) Otherwise I've got a belgian quad and a flanders red to bottle. I've been debating on volumes for both of these. Originally I was thinking 3 volumes for the quad but it's a little malty so I think 2.5 will do. The Flanders came out dry with less character than i would have liked so I might push that one to 3. Of course they are all going in appropriate bottles to handle the pressure.

Doing an American Amber with equal parts Willamette and Amarillo. I haven't yet tried this hop combination, so I'll be interested to see how it comes out.

Just finished cleaning up after brewing an American brown. Came in a little high for style at 1.066, planned 1.060, but had a good runoff, and started a tad high, oh well it will still be delicious. Also transferred 12 gallons of dopplebock to secondary after a 5 day d-rest, put it away to lager for a few months.

I have some 1056 in an Amber Ale that is just about done. I think on Monday I will do a batch of Home Run Red Ale with the 1056 and then I have a Cerveza Clara being made with some WLP940 after that. On the horizon I see that Cream Ale that Deerslyr was talking about... with the 1056. Cheers.

I feel your pain man. Nothing like bottling 10+ gallons of beer to make you wonder why you like this hobby.

The trick is to not bottle that often. I bottled a batch a week ago and it didn't seem too bad.

No brewing for me, but I bottled 10 gals of Two Hearted clone. The initial tasting is very promising!
