Getting ready to setup for brewing tomorrow. Basically an Am Wheat with a little crystal wheat and a tiny bit of roasted wheat. OG 1.039 and 40 IBUs. I've never brewed anything with this low of a gravity before. I'm hoping the crystal and roasted will help balance out the hops - gotta have my hops...I'm guessing I'll overshoot my gravity a bit with that small of a grainbill and I'm thinking of mashing at about 148df anyway.
