Filled my chest freezer with beer. All over the ground.

Would have taken a picture but this was one accomplishment I wanted to forget about as fast as possible. Luckily, I only had about a gallon and half left in the keg I was tapping (up to my first faucet)Why did I think that hand-tightening a flare nut onto the beer side QD would suffice?jrc

Yeah that sucks. It happened to me 2 or 3 times last year, snapped on a QD with a leak, and I dont notice it until the bottom of the keg cooler fills up and pours out onto my garage floor. At that point it is probably 3/4 to a full gallon, and soaks the inside of the keg cooler. Not fun. Now I try to remind myself to check 1/2 hour after snapping on any new keg. Sorry for your loss.

Well, you could have dropped 13 gal of RIS onto your winecellar floor and spent the next 3 months, unstacking racks, moving and cleaning underneath them like I did.....I didn't take pictures either. :(
