Are there different sizes of corny kegs?I'm asking because I just bought a chest freezer on craigslist to turn into a keg-o-rator and I only have one corny keg now. It looks like I'll be able to fit another one in there but it's gonna be a very tight squeeze (because that shelve they put in the bottom). So I'm wondering if some Corny kegs are taller and skinnier than others, if and when I decide to get another keg.Thanks.

AFAIK, 5 gallon cornies are all the same size (at least my 10 kegs are all the same size).Marmot

Pinlocks are shorter and fatter, balllocks are taller and thinner. Not sure what you use but I'd be able to squeeze one maybe two more kegs in my chest freezer and kegerator if I used ball locks.

While the pin=short and fat and ball=tall and skinny is generally true, there are some variations even in that. I have a buddy that has ball locks that are shorter and fatter than mine, but not quite as much as a pin lock. I dont know if they were pins at one time and converted, or if they are just truly different. In any case, yea I would go with ball locks if width (not height) is the constraining factor link in a chest freezer.
