from Ritebrew. You can't beat their prices. $53.18 with shipping included. 2 of Verdant, Voss kveik, Ultra kveik, 34/70, Abbaye, and one pack of B-256. I pretty much only use dry yeast nowadays. Leaps and bounds better than it used to be in quality and variety.

If there's a dry strain that does what I need, I go dry. But I make a lot of Belgian styles, and to me, there's no dry yeast that makes them come out how I'm looking for.

there does seem to not be many options there.  this is reminding me I should try to make the rare vos clone again.  I loved that beer so much.
