That's about what FedEx ground runs.I can check with the PO to see what they will charge and if they have an automated way of doing the shipping labels.Remember, I'm not making anything from this. Scott and the guys get the money and pay me back the actual costs of the job. I was quoted 7.00 each for the shirts and printing. They will make 8.00 a shirt to keep this place open. I'll order a few, (very freakin' few) extras for late comers.

Hey, I don't mind you guys making a few bucks. If you said $20 for the shirt and $3 s/h, I wouldn't have said a thing. I was just thinking the shipping cost could be cut down. If you add that to the t-shirt price, well, that's cool. I'm not getting the shirt to look cool, I'm getting to support this place.*pisses in cornerI like it here.

Would you ship PO to Canada? Otherwise it'll be $15 for the shirt and $50 for brokerage charges with Fed Ex.

I'm trying to understand this. The total cost for the shirt is 23.00We can charge 15.00 + 8 bucks shipping and you don't much like it.But...We can charge 20.00 for the shirt and 3.00 shipping and you are ok with that?I'm doing full disclosure here. The shirts should cost 7.00 each, (as quoted by the printer today). I'm doing the design FREE. I'm laying out the cash for the shirts before I get paid back. I'm using my FedEx account to ship them. I'm doing all the "leg work" here.If you have a better way to ship them, I'm all ears here.

Sure I would. I don't know how much to ship up there but, I'll be glad to work something out with the PO here.

My only issue was shipping. I know you guys can't make a buck there, so I want *that* as cheap as possible. I don't mind you guys making money, as I am buying the shirt to give you money. I was only commenting because I though the shipping could be lower, thus allowing you to charge more for the shirt. Basically, I'll pay what you charge, I just want you to get most of it. That's all.Can you ship them Media Mail from the USPS? That would be about $3.

I could ship media mail but, that initials me hand writing out the shipping labels for 50-75 different packages.I'm not lazy but that kinda stuff sucks.I have a Fedex spreadsheet ready to email everyone that wants a shirt.Dump into FedEx Ship Manager and hit *print* and life goes on...Like I said, I'm willing to do alot here. Hand writing address labels sucks balls. Or, teabags, as the case may be.

Would it make any sense for us to paypal you in advance to offset the out of pocket cost for you? $7x75 = $525 plus the shipping on your account. I would be happy to prepay you paypal, or if you set a deadline for say april 30 to have checks mailed, then at least it will offset your layout before you place the order. (unless that was your thought all along, then disregard) Not asskissing here, but you are already doing a lot of the grunt work, I don't think that would be too much to ask? Just my $.02BTW, you are ordering 3XL right? Lemme know when you want the cash and I will promptly get it to you.

The easiest way to make sure everything gets done right is to order the shirts through Brew-Bros. We get the final count and they send me a check.I'll check with the Post Office today and see if they have a solution that will fit the goals we are looking for.

Here is the final t-shirt look.Let me know what you thinkThe lettering on the back will be white and under the logo "We're Gettin' The Banned Back Together" will be white.

Not to be overly critical (I appreciate all the work you've put in!) but is there something slightly "off" with the centering on the phrase? Maybe the ellipse and sunglasses graphic is throwing me off.Re: the media mail thing. I could potentially help on that by printing the labels on an impact printer. However, the shipping for the printed labels themselves back to DD might offset the savings. Also, there's the minor point that the shirts aren't media and we might get in trouble.

I can ditch the sunglasses if you like or move one to each side.On the back, I'll ditch the sunglasses. They were an "add on" that I can live without. The main reason for going FedEx ground is they supply the shipping packs, the labels and we all have a tracking number for the each shipment. Going with the Post Office, I have to come up with the shipping boxes and the mailing labels.FedEx is the easiest for me since I have Ship Manager and all the packages will be the same weight and configuration. I just dump a spreadsheet into SM and hit "Ship" and I'm done in about 20 minutes.

Any chance the printer will drop ship the shirts, so you don't have to do as much work. They might also get a better deal on shipping due to greater volume.

DD, I think it looks fantastic. Thank you for running with this project. :) I know what I'm wearing at GABF this year.George, could you explain the issue you're having with it? I'm not sure I see the problem. Is it the sunglasses at the end of the last line? If we moved those below the text, would that fix the problem?

Yeah, I thought they would count, but no, they are specifically banned. My bad.
