Any of you hop heads played with this yeast yet?

Got to use some on a new IPA last week. We did a little experiment with dip hopping with one of the tanks, one was without that step. Identical otherwise.

Unfortunately they won’t be packaged separately but before the transfer the difference between the two was there. I will play with the dip hop technique some more, different ways.

In any case the beer is super fruity and hoppy. We did a mash hop with Cascades to boost thiol precursors. I’d say it worked pretty well. The beer is super tropical. Very nice. The dry hops are mid level, about 4.5 pounds per barrel.

It was fine but I was expecting more. I plan to try it again but with much more mash hops next time. Iirc, I only used an ounce or two of cascade the last time. All of my hop additions were mash hops, wp, and a dry hop prior to full fermentation.
