I just mixed this up and added 1 TBS of marjoram, and some extra garlic… I picked up a 6.5lb picnic roast at the market…. They cut it to look like a pork porterhouse, so I scored everything added rub, and it’s in the fridge till Sunday… Think I’ll roast it with potatoes, carrots, and onions

Friggen awesome.. I made gravy by just using the stick blender on the roasted veggies and some of the drippings… no thickening agent required

Sounds great, I've made a few things from the Spruce Eats site and they have all been good.
